Susan F. Benjamin - President
Susan F. Benjamin, founder and president of Greater Voice Enterprises, is one of the nation's leading communications strategists. For 20 years, she has consulted on major initiatives for Liberty Mutual, Accenture, Fleishman-Hillard International, Boston Scientific, Ingersoll-Rand, John Hancock, Fleet Boston and hundreds of other organizations including radio stations, advertising agencies, and consulting practices.
A former associate professor of communications, she advised academics at Harvard University and MIT, taught communications-related subjects at Emerson College and Berklee College of Music, and trained over 100,000 corporate and Federal employees. Susan’s research includes assessments of organizational communication processes and studies on how language affects reader-responsiveness. Articles about these findings have appeared in publications such as Scribes Legal Journal, Clarity, Government Executive, and Employment Management Today.
As host of “The Greater Voice” and “What’s the Buzz,” Susan’s diverse guests include Representative Charles Rangel, Peter Yarrow, of Peter, Paul and Mary, NPR host Moira Gunn, David Hilliard, co-founder of the Black Panthers, John Taylor, Treasury Undersecretary for International Affairs as well as Harvard professors, industry leaders, and journalists.
Susan studied philosophy and writing at Boston University and Bennington College. She received her graduate degree in Writing from Lesley College where she worked with C. Michael Curtis, Senior Editor of The Atlantic.
A public relations and publishing expert, Grace Freedson started her career as the Director of Publicity for Stein and Day Publishers. For sixteen years, she served at Barron’s Publications as Publicity Manager, Acquisitions Manager, Managing Editor, and Director of Acquisitions. There she acquired all original titles in areas including test prep, business, cookbooks, health and fitness, career and guidance, and education.
In 2000, she launched the highly successful Grace Freedson’s Publishing Network. She serves the publishing community as a literary agent and a book packager, representing the interests of non-fiction writers through every step of the publishing process. Thanks to Grace’s negotiation skills and industry acumen, Graces’s authors have published highly successful books in the business and lifestyle categories including career, self-help; nature; and culinary arts; as well as select fiction and juvenile non-fiction. For all her clients, Grace negotiates and reviews contracts.

Jim Agnew has been booking and producing talk-radio shows since 1992. He was co-creator of American Crime Line with Ed Nowicki and booker for Ed Buggs in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Geoffery Feiger in Detroit, Michigan. He operates his booking service out of Chicago, Illinois.
Jim has been profiled in the Chicago-Sun Times, The Chicago Reader and the Nick Tosches Reader (DaCapo). Jim considers his booking duties as an unheralded art form and his clients brilliant beyond belief.
